Location: Convocation Center - One UTSA Circle San Antonio, Texas 78249
Both Team(s) minimum requirements should be the following:
- Candidate’s ability to execute a series of three consecutive standing back tucks on dead floor
- Candidate’s potential ability to execute a standing backhandspring back tuck or more elite skill preferably on dead floor
- Candidate’s potential ability to execute series tumbling (ie: round off backhandspring back tuck, layout or full)
- Candidate’s potential ability to execute elite level partner stunt skills or elite level all-girl stunt skills - Suggested skills: partner: toss hands, toss extension (platform or target), toss extended lib, group - partner: full up extension, fullup immediate, elite level stunts beyond full ups, etc.
- UTSA Fight Song (See choreography video provided on website)
- Jump Sequence (toe touch, hurdler, toe touch)

An interview with the candidate regarding the following topics:
- Why are you interested in being a member of the UTSA Spirit Program
- What do you have to offer the program and UTSA?
- Rank the following items, beginning with the most important and explain your reasoning: Game Day Cheer, Competition Cheer, Academics, Strength/Mobility Programming, Work and Social Time.
- Academics
- Being a part of a competitive cheer program
- Being an ambassador to UTSA
- Extracurricular activities (sororities, fraternities, clubs, etc.) Supporting athletics at UTSA
